Meet Paul Turner

Paul Turner started PT Marine with the goal of creating a boat maintenance and repair shop that provides consistent, top-notch service. He moved to the Ocean City area in 1996 and, one year later, started in the marine business bottom painting boats. He quickly moved up to hauling and launching and it wasn't long before he became a mechanics apprentice.

Over the next 13 years Paul worked at several boat dealers, learning everything from the basics to advanced repairs, during which he became a Yamaha Certified Technician. At his final place of employment, he learned more about the business side of the boat industry. Paul launched PT Marine in 2010 with a small shop in West Ocean City. Several years later, he purchased the current Ocean Pines location and remodeled the property to effectively service his customers. With his growing service department, Paul saw a need for a quality boat line powered by Yamaha Outboards, and PT Marine now sells Jones Brother Marine and Alweld Boats.

Meet Jon Bradshaw

As PT Marine has grown, so has its team. Jon started working for PT Marine in 2020, joining Paul in his efforts to provide consistent, top-notch service and quality work.

Jon grew up in Dagsboro, Delaware, where he spent most of his time fishing and boating. He fostered an early interest in mechanics through maintaining and repairing his own vehicles, including ATVs and Yamaha-powered dirt bikes. Jon gained further experience working for several golf courses, where his duties included groundskeeping and mechanical maintenance.

Jon now puts his skills to work at PT Marine, working hard every day to further his craft and serve the boating and fishing community.
